Tenuta Di Castellaro Winery & Resort offers guided tours of its eco-friendly cellars, naturally cooled by air channels. The sunset tasting experience includes a walk through the vineyards with views of Salina, Filicudi, and Alicudi, followed by a sampling of four wines paired with local cheeses and charcuterie. Guests can also book a private tasting with the resident sommelier Giuseppe, who explains the dry-farming techniques used on volcanic soil.
Rooms
The property has adults-only rooms and villas with garden or sea views, each with air conditioning and a private bathroom. Casa Ossidiana, a standalone villa in the vineyard, includes a living room, a terrace with outdoor seating, and an open-air bathtub.
